Job Description
Sika is looking for a Project Manager (PM) to manage Sarnafil Services (SSI) relationships with our clients and stakeholders. The PM position reports to the Sr. Project Managers (SPM).
The Project Manager communicates with clients, contractors, and with peers throughout the roofing industry, in a professional manner. PM shall help to foster a peer-based culture based on collaborative teamwork, proven success and individual accountability.
- Completion of Data Collection:.
- Drafting of Estimates & Issuance of Reports:
- Drafting Bid Specifications and Project Manuals:.
- SalesForce Data Entry/ Pricing / Quote Generation / Customer Service Liaison
- Management of SSI Projects:
- Compliance and Quality Control:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a similar industry, ideally roofing or building materials
- Ability to structure complex technical information into concise customer focused messages, and to be able to communicate feature/benefits/value proposition to differentiate Sika from competition
