Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager. This is a hybrid position based in Cracow or Warsaw, with on-site work required twice a week. ​

What you will Do:

• The position includes managing, leading and controlling cross-organizational B2B projects, characterizing and analyzing processes and managing risks and changes. 
• Responsibility for planning and monitoring the project from initiation trough the project life cycle and until its full implementation; 
• Responsibility for defining, distributing, tracking and delivering projects tasks and milestones on time 
• Oversee project execution and monitoring by tracking progress, adjusting plans as needed, and maintaining adherence to schedules. 
• Proactively identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and manage issues to ensure smooth project execution. 
• Provide an update on project status and swiftly address any risks or issues. 
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships, facilitating meetings, and ensuring transparent and effective communication. 
• Responsibility for building strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success 
• Solve problems throughout project life cycle, balance the needs of both business and engineering team members 
• Working closely with Business, Marketing, Operations, Product, Design, Tech and scrum feature teams. 
• Working with large global customers and vendors on complex software projects 
• Willingness to work with different time zone hours (include US) 

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager from software international companies – must 
• Tech savvy – must 
• Customer facing experience – must 
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent-  must 
• Familiarity with the gaming industry / sports betting industry - an advantage  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities  
• Very stress resistant, prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with no strict processes 
• Excellent communication skills, including good verbal and written skills in English.  
• Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills 
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness 
• Prioritization abilities, good judgement, well organized, detail oriented, and ability to keep track of multiple projects and risks 
• Creative thinking and team player 
• High level of independence
