The Project/Program Manager is responsible in handling Back End Manufacturing sites critical projects related to capacity expansions, product transfers, productivity, resiliency and information technology. It shall include developing detailed project plans, allocation of project assignment and spearhead to ensure team’s project execution performance on key deliverables are on track and within budget. Also act as the site Program Controller on all key projects and managing the PMO Portfolio, aligning the strategic execution of projects according to the organization priorities and long term project roadmaps.
