Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our vibrant and collaborative team. You will be at the heart of delivering world-class, innovative solutions for our clients in the healthcare marketing sector. You’ll coordinate strategic, creative, and digital teams to plan and execute projects to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and budget.

Act as the primary point of contact for projects, maintaining awareness of status, next steps, and challenges.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and client services.

Develop and manage project plans, to accurately plan resource needs.

Oversee financials of individual projects, performing weekly reviews and reconciliations.

Manage third-party vendors contributing to projects.

Proactively resolve project issues with a solutions-focused approach.
Skills and Experience Required

Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a marketing agency.

Experience managing a variety of projects including digital, print, video, experiential, and social media

Healthcare marketing experience, with knowledge of regulatory processes desirable.

Proficiency with project management tools and strong technical skills.

Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.

Creative, innovative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
