Monks is on the lookout for a Project Manager. You’ll join a special task force to help manage the successful delivery of digital advertising assets.
Role & Responsibilities
- You’ll be managing fast-moving digital creative projects on a regional scale.
- You will work closely with all the Buenos Aires Team to deliver assets to client.
- You’ll liaise between our client leads and teams to ensure MediaMonks nails milestone after milestone.
- You’ll help to manage the process and completion of multiple projects simultaneously, managing the in - and output of our Creative, Copywriting, Design, and Animation Monks.
- Part of your job is to balance resources and workload: your planning and coordination are key for successfully delivering projects on time.
- You’ll make sure deadlines are met, and flag the ones that aren’t attainable upfront.
- Part of your day-to-day is briefing team members on delivery objectives and keeping stakeholders informed on the progress of projects.
- You’ll schedule, track and prioritize assignments and make sure the right Monks are available to provide our client with a constant flow of work.
- You’ll also evaluate the good, the bad and the ugly of finished projects to improve our processes and work streams.
Specific skills towards Client
- You’ll be responsible for working across with our key client and various brands, all while making sure our work exceeds the client’s expectations.
- Receive briefs and synthesize them, fully understanding the requests.
- Receiving feedback, understanding it and translating it to the internal team, questioning Clients if necessary to understand where the feedback comes from.
- Knowing Client's business situation.
- Being able to make presentations and defend the agency's ideas.
- Getting involved to fully understand Client´s strategy.

Requirements
- We’re looking for someone who is an excellent project manager, with the ability to manage relationships with clients.
- Your 2/3 years of experience in digital advertising or production have made you fabulous at dealing with stress and phenomenal at communicating with (stressed-out) clients and coworkers.
- Flawless organizational skills. With projects under their charge from start to finish.
- Manage expectations for the client and internal teams.
- You know how to work with media plans and can manage the launch of digital ad campaigns.
- You understand the anatomy of display ads and can comprehend spec sheets.
- You’re a proficient communicator — able to provide clear updates on the development of projects and knowing how to describe issues and required actions.
- You have solid scoping skills, which translate into accurate timings and resource estimates.
- You’re acquainted with the (post)production of film, image and animation assets for social media.
- Upper Intermediate English - You feel comfortable enough communicating in English
