We are looking for people who:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management,
- Have experience in the IT industry,
- Have a practical knowledge of both the Waterfall and Agile methodologies,
- Excellently organize their own work and that of the team,
- Excel in budgeting and creating schedules,
- Have experience in improving business processes and gathering business requirements,
- Possess highly developed communication and interpersonal skills,
- Have a high level of energy and determination in pursuing set goals,
- Proficient in English at an advanced level (at least B+ level),
- Are proficient in Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite.

Your main responsibilities:
- Managing international IT projects of high complexity,
- Creating project plans, schedules, and reports,
- Organizing and overseeing work carried out by the project team, conducting project meetings, assigning tasks, monitoring their implementation,
- Ensuring the flow of documentation and information within the team,
- Preparing project documentation,
- Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members.
