What does a Senior Project Executive/ Project Manager do at Hogarth?
At Hogarth, Senior Project Executive/Project Managers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of client campaigns. Collaborating closely with our internal Account Management team, to manage the flow of projects through the creative and studio departments, expertly navigating resource allocation, media schedules, brand guidelines, and stakeholder expectations. Your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential to delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to Senior Account Manager. You will work closely with our Project Management, Client Servicing, Studio and Creative teams.
Requirements:

Campaign Oversight: Manage all aspects of client campaigns, from initial planning and strategy through to final delivery including Project Documentation by maintaining accurate records of project progress, budget, and any changes in scope.
- Timeline & Resource Management: Develop and maintain realistic project timelines, proactively monitor progress, address potential delays, and effectively allocate creative and studio resources.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, setting clear expectations and providing regular updates. Prepare and distribute contact reports and meeting agendas. Escalate critical issues to the Account Management team as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Seamlessly manage multiple projects concurrently, each with unique requirements and timelines. Liaise with internal teams (account management, transcreation, creative, studio) and external vendors, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress and any potential roadblocks.
- Production Expertise & Problem-Solving: Provide expert advice and solutions to address production challenges across digital, social content, and print. Proactively resolve queries and issues, sourcing creative assets and artwork as needed. Efficiently book and schedule resources within the studio and creative departments.
Qualifications
- Min 2 to 3 years experience in Account Management or Project Management.
- Experience working in a print production/ printing / graphic design department and digital platform / social content
- Strong Organization and Time Management Skills also excellent attention to detail.

Have a great communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Needed to anticipate and address challenges.
- Knowledge of Agency Processes and Workflows: Understanding the different stages of project development and the roles of various team members.
