Competitive Capabilities International (CCI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage client projects focused on continuous improvement methodologies. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance operational performance and drive transformational change within client organizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring that they align with client goals.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong background in project management, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization. As a key contributor to client success, the Project Manager will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the performance and efficiency of various processes.
This is a remote position, allowing you to collaborate with international teams while managing project deliverables efficiently.
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in consulting or operational excellence environments
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of leading teams through change successfully
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TRACC is highly desirable
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel as necessary to client sites (up to 80% travel may be required)
As a Project Manager at CCI, you will be responsible for:
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Establishing detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful project execution
- Coordinating resources and managing project teams to deliver objectives on time and within budget
- Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Monitoring project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout project execution
- Facilitating training and coaching sessions for team members and clients to build capabilities
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the company and for client engagements
