About the Role
Program responsibility for industrialization of Electronics and Audio Programs in Tijuana manufacturing location. Key focal point on manufacturing readiness assuring process connections with global PMO lead, product sourcing, product engineering, AME and local Launch Engineers and CFT teams team during every gate of new product introduction process throughout mass production safe launch.
As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
The employee has the authority granted by the company through this document to make decisions for the benefit of the company and to ensure the conformity of the product, its quality, functionality, the health and safety of the person who intervenes in the process according with quality, safety and environmental systems and customer specific requirements.

What You Will Do
- Management of a multifunctional project team during the introduction of new programs into production
- Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Planning and managing project budget (CAPEX & OPEX), schedule and resources
- Lead manufacturing RFQ process for new business providing capex requirements and labor times.
- Defining and clarifying the work processes necessary to carry out the projects.
- Active internal customer alignment with respect to schedules, capacity and quality
- Full product life cycle support (Life cycle management) with regard to product and process changes affecting the project (CN/APCN process)
- Work as a link between Sourcing, Purchasing and manufacturing launch engineers during validation runs.
- Initiate, analyze and control corrective measures in order to achieve the project goals
- Cooperation with product development to achieve high quality and cost-effectiveness during manufacturing processes.
- Ensuring a handover process towards production.
- Coordinate with AME test and Plant Test Engineering about Procurement of process and test equipment required during the project.
- Compilation of clear reports for management and customers.
- Ensure the industrialization process is followed to ensure on-time launch with meeting KPIs of throughput, labor rate, capital cost, and quality levels.
- Act as an OEM-project interface to Program Management, Manufacturing, Launch Engineering, Sourcing, Purchasing, Planning, Production Quality and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering upon project specific.
What You Need
- Bachelor and/or Master degree, Engineer (Electrical/ Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Industrial preferred, or equivalent experience)
- Experience in industrialization and/or production of electronic /acoustic products
- Excellent skills in MS Office, MS Project and SAP
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fundamental knowledge in terms of methodologies in project management especially to planning and controlling. PMI certification or desire preferred.
