We are seeking a talented, experienced project management professional to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. As a Project Manager at CSC, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams to successfully deliver initiatives on time and with high quality. The ideal candidate would also have the skills to manage certain process documentation, including creation and maintenance.

  • Successfully manage projects and programs with a sense of urgency and a commitment to timely delivery
  • Significant focus on documentation and training
  • Working with key stakeholders and other teams to build process documentation and to catalog and update existing documentation
  • Working with key stakeholders and other teams to review and build current training modules
  • Work closely with business unit leadership to ensure projects align with the current vision and objectives
  • Support DBS Platform Engineering, Product Management and Brand Operations as a team player, advocating for and offering guidance where needed
  • Identify, schedule and track project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks
  • Run effective and efficient meetings with a variety of stakeholders to ensure solid communication and that tasks and deliverables are completed on time
  • Coordinate logistical efforts with outside business units and act as a liaison with shared services on certain activities (including HR, Facilities, Enterprise Technology, Finance/Accounting, etc.)
  • Support external customers and vendors as related to current prioritized projects


What technical skills, experience and qualifications do I need?

  • 3 or more years of project management experience, including managing cross-functional teams and working on complex projects
  • Awareness of project management best practices, processes and functionalities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations (internal and external)
  • Knowledge of compiling, editing and maintaining documentation, including process diagrams, workflows, etc.
  • Time management, critical thinking, creative problem-solving and analytical skills in a fast-paced but rewarding environment
  • Ability to be flexible with responsibilities and day-to-day tasks, while working within a dynamic team
  • Ability to lead and motivate others; demonstrating empathy and knowledge of personality types
  • Industry knowledge in brand protection and/or domain security a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, project management or related field
  • Microsoft 365 Suite required
  • Experience with Articulate and Microsoft Share Point "Modern View" a plus
