Position Details
The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects, including adhering to budgets, project timelines and accurate and timely invoicing of the project.
Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe environment and ensuring all safety standards are met.

Daily interactions with clients and potential customers including providing updates, progress trackers and attending on site meetings and presentations.

Must have strong estimating abilities and knowledge of market pricing to assemble bids and estimates. Representing Tilson on site walks or estimating from drawings and specifications.

Manage and track performance across schedule, budget and quality parameters

Pro-actively identify potential project risk factors, communicate these to the project team and/or client, and work with construction managers internally and externally to mitigate

Serve as primary point of contact for communicating status with client and addressing issues as they arise

Manage contract terms, purchase orders and change orders with client

Working closely with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction and to grow the business

Identifying additional subcontractors to support various construction projects sold into the LV market. Understanding the project scope and capabilities and sourcing appropriate local vendors that meet requirements and state licensing requirements.

Strong attention to quality construction practices and ensuring timely close out and delivery of the project schedule.

Recruit and hire additional personnel as needed.
Qualifications:

Extensive experience in wireless and/or Outside plantindustries with the ability to ensure high quality and safety standards.

Demonstrated mix of problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organization, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills

Self-starter with willingness to ask for direction when needed and provide consistent leadership and guidance to team

Focus on deliverables to both internal and external clients

Ability to work on multiple issues simultaneously

Highly effective verbal and written communicator

Proficiency in MS Office Products and Google Earth.

Must be safe and take ownership in safety culture.
Occasional day and overnight travel to client markets. Evening and weekend hours may be required from time to time in order to meet client needs.
Must be at least 21 years of age to meet Tilson’s driving eligibility requirements.

Tilson leads with integrity around pay transparency; as part of the compensation plan for this position you can expect a pay range of:
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00
