What you’ll achieve

We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for handling our Dedalus IT Group (DITG) ongoing ERP projects. Our transformation roadmap is currently set to integrate acquired companies into a recently formed Dedalus Group and is focused on the deployment of global processes and tools.

You will be working closely with technical and business teams members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of agreed plans.

You will:

  • Managed business application-related projects to help Dedalus achieve its transformation ambitions as a member of the Program Management Team DITG
  • Work closely with the Program Management Team DITG, Change Management, Business Leads, Business Analysts, and external stakeholders to produce high-quality deliverables and meet project milestones.
  • Utilize project management best practices to manage timelines and ensure adequate planning, facilitation, and risk management activities are conducted for each project.
  • Help define project scope, business value, goals, deliverables and KPIs.
  • Establish right-sized governance structure for the defined project scope; provide oversight and establish accountability for the initiatives.
  • Ensure project outputs meet expectations on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Prepare status reports by identifying key metrics, monitoring them, and regularly reporting on the progress of initiatives (including risks that may impact project success).
  • In tandem with Business Leaders, provide hands-on support that results in the successful execution of the projects in question.
  • Solve complex problems and business needs through modeling and data analysis.
  • Provide a solid understanding of change management and risk management (identifying, communicating, mitigating, and escalating).

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements

  • Professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English
  • Three years or more managing complex cross-functional projects
  • Proficient in project management tools, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
  • Proficient with data analyses tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Agile and flexible capabilities
  • Excellent organization and planning ability
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Self-driven and motivated

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with the implementation of new ERP/ CRM systems
  • Certified Project Manager (PMP)
  • Additional language (German, French or Spanish)

  • Hybrid work (90% remote, 10% face to face meetings) 
  • Availability to travel where is required
