The Role

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

We are looking for Project Managers, who are natural problem-solvers and intensive thinkers! 

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for pitching different project ideas and taking the lead in their execution. You will have the opportunity to implement your innovative ideas and ensure their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigating new project ideas
  • Project Planning and Budgeting: take ownership of project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Implementation and Monitoring: oversee project implementation, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Reporting and Meeting Deadlines: generate timely project reports and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Process Management: ensure project processes run smoothly and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Coordination: act as a liaison between top management and project teams.
  • Adapt Project Management methodologies to suit project requirements.
  • Contributing to PMO processes, competing other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing projects (at least 3 years).
  • Experience in IT project development (2+ year, preferred).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of using project management methodologies and tools.
  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is an advantage.
