Job Description
Work Schedule: Freelance or Permanent, Full Time
Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the production and delivery of animated banners following DCM and DCS standards. The ideal candidate must be organized, have excellent communication skills, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Full Professional Proficiency in English for direct communication to the Project Management team based in North America
- Experience in project management, particularly in digital advertising or animated banners
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of banner production processes and technical validation
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience with digital advertising and campaign platforms
- Familiarity with DCM/DCS tools is a plus
- You’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kind
What you will do:
- Manage animated banner projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and production teams, ensuring clear communication in fluent English
- Validate deliverables to meet all technical and design specifications
- Negotiate deadlines and expectations with clients and internal teams
- Understand banner production processes and oversee workflow from design to delivery
- Ensure project goals are met by managing schedules and resources efficiently
- Maintain professionalism and handle client relationships diplomatically
