Your role: As a Project Manager for our FTTx projects in Germany, you will be responsible for overseeing the projects from design to transition, to construction to handover and liaise with the Managers to provide necessary feedback.

How you will contribute to our success:

  • Direct and support technical teams in designing, executing and implementing of projects;
  • Manage resources, budgets and allocations for the project within the given project parameters;
  • Report and track status reports;
  • Present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members;
  • Assess, review and resolve problems arising in execution of projects;
  • Enforce work standards in compliance with the best practices, standards and procedures;
  • Ensure completion of projects in a timely manner and within the budget limits;
  • Cross functional coordination for logistics with designers, vendors and contractors;
  • Ensure quality, costs, relationship management and compliance with regulatory bodies;
  • Monitor project deliverables.

Τo be a fit you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, management, or another related technical field;
  • 1 to 3 years previous working experience in similar position, ideally in Telecommunications;
  • Great German Language Skills (current level at least C1);
  • Great leadership, interpersonal & problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to perform in a multitasking & fluid environment;
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management;
  • Strong organizational skills.

Ideally, you ’ll also have:

  • Awareness of project management/IMS and reporting tools;
  • Proven leadership record of one or multiple teams;
  • Knowledge/experience on PON deployment (Fiber optic splicing, cabling, PM measurements);
  • Previous working experience in the telecommunications industry;
  • RSA21 Training.
