BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Project Manager, on the Operational Analystics & Insights (OAI) team you will orchestrate service delivery team focused around speech analytics behavior, data and call listening analytics, and other data products This includes the planning and executing of program deployments across all Charter Communications call centers.
WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
- Consulting with the business regularly to identify opportunities to leverage additional technology/process to improve operational performance, mitigate risk, and improve the customer experience.
- Designing onsite training, consultative remote solution reinforcement, and staff engagement for all supported roles. This may include technology, channel, staff design, and physical environment adaptations.
- Driving engagement, usage, adoption, and advocacy in assigned sites.
You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. On a given day you'll manage project details, data collection, reporting, and communication to successfully drive project efforts. You'll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Project management: 2 years or more
- Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- Abilities: Fluent in Spanish, effective communication in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Work environment: In-office; some travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the following:
- Operations leadership, project management, implementation, or strategic planning
- Contact Center Experience
- Learning/development, change management, and continuous employee improvement
- Formal Consulting

The pay for this position has a salary range of
$68,300.00 to $109,100.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
