Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support strategic initiatives across Population Health and Value-Based Care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex workstreams, and takes pride in keeping projects on track from start to finish.
The Project Manager will serve as the central coordinator across multiple stakeholders, ensuring priorities remain visible, milestones are achieved, and leaders have clear insight into project progress. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for creating and maintaining effective project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status updates that drive accountability and results.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead medium to large-scale projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, workstreams, trackers, timelines, and action logs to ensure progress remains visible and measurable.
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams, facilitating collaboration and driving projects forward through effective follow-up and execution.
• Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders and leadership by providing regular project updates, highlighting accomplishments, identifying risks, and escalating issues when needed.
• Monitor project performance, dependencies, and milestones, proactively addressing barriers and helping teams maintain momentum.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely completion of next steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, reporting, and communication practices.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field of Study, or equivalent years of experience required
Experience

  • Project management experience 2-3 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines and experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
