Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will independently lead small to medium-sized service line projects or distinct phases of larger initiatives within Henry Ford Health. Your role is crucial in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that align with our system goals in quality, access, efficiency, and patient care. You will apply structured project management principles to ensure quality, manage risks, and achieve measurable outcomes, supporting the overall success of our healthcare operations.

What You Will Do
- Develop project plans, timelines, and communication frameworks in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Manage execution of project activities, monitor deliverables, and adjust schedules to maintain progress.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and foster accountability to achieve objectives.
- Identifies risk, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive escalation when needed.
- Track budgets, resource allocations, and forecasts within defined project parameters.
- Apply structured quality management processes to ensure adherence to HFH standards.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing progress, performance, and key results.
- Conducts post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and support benefit realization tracking.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 -5 years of experience in healthcare operations, process improvement or project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
