Main Requirements:
Bring experience as a Project Manager or similar role
Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
Act as a bridge between departments to streamline communication and workflows
Implement and optimize processes for maximum efficiency
Track project progress and adjust plans as needed
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution
Assist in organizing company-wide initiatives, events, and process improvements
Maintain an organized, structured work environment for the team
Remove roadblocks and take on administrative tasks to support leadership and advisors
Skills Required
- Experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
