Job Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the installation, reconfiguration, and delivery of Haworth products and workplace solutions. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Basic Function
Attend briefing conducted by Sales to detail the scope of works and commitment to deliver to customers for confirmed orders; to be attended by Bid & Design, Customer Support Executive and Finance, if appropriate.
Ensure all orders are complete and clear for project delivery and installation by thoroughly checking the order details against quotes, bill of quantity, customer’s approved specs and order acknowledgement.
Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the installation and reconfiguration of Haworth products.
Works closely with Order Fulfillment & Logistics Managers to ensure customers (internal & external) are kept informed of changes in shipment and installation dates.
Responsible for ensuring the order, product and installation problems are quickly and effectively resolved.
Responsible for efficient planning, organizing & executing project management works with minimum cost effect to the organization without compromising the quality of customer service in completing the projects.
Works closely with sales to quote on projects, takes up communication with the Logistic Manager to drive the compilation of competitive quotes and suggests methods to ensure the GP is safeguarded at all times.
Promote Haworth Services and assignments are to increase the GP of a Project through variation billing and through consolidation of logistics costs, service jobs to achieve an average GP of 30% wherever possible / support and maintain margins on key projects, retention of strategic accounts, promote growth in new customer segments. With time the implementation of a Haworth brand identity to that of a full-service provider.
Works diligently in analytical and situational audits of project challenges, engage in intelligent problem solving and efficient deployment of resources to complete projects in a timely manner. The success of these activities must be evidently scored through the Project-based Customer Satisfaction Surveys with high ratings, as perceived by the customers.
Participate actively in Solutions Selling and adopting best practices in these processes.
Project Management
Work with Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Sales Executives, Designers, Bid and Design team, Order Fulfillment, Logistic Managers, Customer Service Coordinator & specifier to specify the required furniture and materials to meet customers’ need.
Work with the Bid and Design team to verify CAD designs accurately reflect the customer’s desired furniture layout before installation begins.
Develop and direct the work of the installation and dealership customer service team.
Ensure adequate staffing levels in his/her area of responsibility to meet customer installation requirements in a cost-effective manner.
Contract with and manages independent installation teams as required to meet installation schedules.
Validate and ensure Haworth’s standard of installation is maintained by all installation & distribution contractors.
Develop business plans and budgets necessary to ensure project management team and the necessary resources are allocated.
Coordinate the delivery, receiving and installation of products and materials necessary to complete customers’ orders.
Organize training/certification sessions to equip all installers with minimum knowledge on handling and installation of Haworth products.
Determine and implement the appropriate corrective action to resolve design, specification, order entry, production, delivery or installation errors.
Travel to client locations to plan and oversee installation projects.
Act as a liaison between customer and Haworth in communicating, researching, and follow up in the event that price or purchase order discrepancies should they arise.
Involve the Customer Service Coordinator in the resolution of customer issues.
Work with Customer Service Coordinator to complete and follow through on Field Problem Reports (FPR’s).
Ensure projects are completed and handed over to the customers, project management company and/or consultant timely without incurring liquidated damages and schedule for them to sign off the Project Handover Form.
Develop and effectively promote Haworth’s project management services such as reconfigurations and assets management.
Ensure all contractors under his charge safeguard the reputation and premium image of Haworth.
Verify all contractors’ billings and specify all sales project codes for accurate project cost accounting.
Haworth Services
Promote Haworth Services as recycling, asset management storages & warehousing services, refresh, move management, project management, space planning, reconfiguration, etc. in an effective way to the customers to retain their loyalty and also generate service revenues.
Work closely with Customer Service to attend to service calls & warranty requests from the customers.
Visit customers to follow up on the service enquiries, discuss the scope of work, conduct cost estimations, work with Customer Service to quote and present proposals with clear explanation of the details to the customer.
Upon confirmation of service orders, plan, organize and execute the services followed by billing to the customers.
Solution Selling
Contribute as proactive partner to the business in the solutions selling concert by adhering to best practices in the following:
a) Develop a Solution
Positioning Harmony solutions
Ensure RFP response includes service specifications
Support special process & solutions formulation to deliver value drivers expected of client.
b) Establish Values
Ensure quality mockup and carry out mockup audits
Presenting Harmony Service at mockup session
Provide pre-alert to factory
c) Obtain a Commitment
Update per-alert to factory
Plan the Project
Efficient project planning
Work with logistics to ensure efficient supply chain follow up
Perfect project execution
Weekly Project Review
d) Deliver Values
Perfect project handover detailing value drivers during walkthrough
Support and contribute case studies to build up project references

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction, workplace fit-out, interior design, or related industries. Experience managing commercial fit-out projects in Metro Manila is highly preferred.
Experience in the contract furniture, workplace solutions, interiors, or construction industry is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret floor plans in English.
Ability to travel to customer sites within the region as required.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Knowledge of project planning, contract administration, budgeting, and risk management is an advantage.
High degree of professionalism and integrity.

Skills Required
