We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and strategic objectives for projects in line with company strategy.
- Develop action plans and define steps for achieving strategic goals.
- Manage team processes and performance, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Foster team development and enhance team members’ competencies.
- Analyze market trends and identify innovations to improve service delivery to partners.
- Propose activities for enhancement and development of existing projects and generate new business opportunities.
- Adapt continuously to changes and initiate measures for ongoing process improvements.
- Build and maintain trust with clients, develop long-term business relationships, and ensure high partner satisfaction.
- Actively network and develop professional contacts within relevant industries.
- Manage resources (time, budget, personnel) to achieve planned objectives.
- Prepare reports, analyze project results, and make data-driven decisions.
- Initiate and implement new processes, technologies, and best practices that contribute to efficiency and positive changes.
- Develop innovative solutions, improve service delivery, and tailor offers to partners’ specific needs.
- Conduct SWOT analyses for partners and identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Report directly to the Division Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive process improvements.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
