Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager / task lead to join our fast growing team! In this role you will get to lead a high performing team supporting DoW Cyber Policy located in Arlington and Alexandria.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Track implementation and progress on the approximately 9 strategic initiatives with 34 lines of effort for the DoW Cyber Strategy and Action Plan.
- Work as SETA supporting customer Cyber Policy Staff and leadership to identify and engage stakeholders across the cyber enterprise to drive progress on the strategic initiatives.
- Lead high performing team and interfacing and supporting senior level management.
- Development and facilitation of action plans, project schedules mapped to dependencies and liaise across the enterprise to ensure suspense and timelines are successfully met.
- Establish strong relationships with senior client leadership and transparency of progress and risk management.
- Gantt Chart generation for milestone tracking and task management.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelors degree with 15 years relevant work experience, minimum 5 years in program management or project management that include process management and developing implementation and action plans for strategic defense initiatives.
- Ability to interface with senior level customer management with the highest decorum.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and advice.
- Demonstrated expert Microsoft Project experience required.
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
