As a Project Manager within our data remediation and analytics organization, you will manage data remediation and analytics projects (integrations, migrations, and legacy decommissioning) by handling intake, requirements, OKRs, and documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage data remediation and analytics projects (integrations, migrations, and legacy decommissioning) by handling intake, requirements, OKRs, and documentation
Translate business questions into analytic requirements and user stories, partner on solution design, validate data comparisons/reconciliations and insights, and support release planning and change adoption for analytics deliverables (dashboards, reports, datasets)
Analyze complex, multi-source datasets to identify trends, drivers, anomalies, and actionable insights
Support business-driven initiatives such as new business onboarding, industry-level changes, platform migration or upgrades, and operations-driven initiatives
Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, anomaly checks, and ongoing monitoring
Track and report project milestones, timelines, and delivery status to management, under guidance from senior team members
Contribute to the successful closure of projects by supporting all phases of project execution and stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities :
Bachelor’s degree, with relevant techno-functional work experience.
7+ years in data analytics supporting large-scale transformations, with demonstrated delivery of measurable, actionable insights
Strong Capital Markets/Investment Banking knowledge and able to translate business problems into KPIs, analytics, and decision frameworks
Proficiency in analytics and BI tooling (e.g., Alteryx, Oracle/SQL, Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense/JIRA) to build repeatable data pipelines, dashboards, and insights
Highly skilled at problem solving, ability to scope and provide structure to complex issues, rapidly learn unfamiliar processes and provide insightful and timely analytics with attention to detail
Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business / stake holders and Technology
Strong attention to detail and must be able to demonstrate outstanding delivery track record
Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills
Preferred Qualification, Capabilities & Skills
Experience working in an Agile development lifecycle
Proficient in data analytics/data science and ML, with strong SQL and Python skills for data extraction, analysis, and automation
