Project Manager (Remote: Mexico)

Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving success in our renewable energy projects. This role demands a strategic thinker and proactive leader who can manage end-to-end project execution, ensure compliance with global industry standards, and foster robust client relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, maintaining seamless coordination among teams, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and status updates.
- Ensure quality compliance through inspections, testing, audits, and by enforcing industry standards and regulations.
- Lead quality assurance processes, resolve quality issues, and manage project claims and complaints.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and delivering regular updates and recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and safety standards.
- Produce comprehensive project reports and analyze KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Use data insights to recommend process optimizations and enhance overall project efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project roles in the renewable energy industry and handling commercial roles is preferred.
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional relationship management skills.
- Anya further certification on project management is a plus.
- Expertise in CRM platforms and micromanagement techniques to maintain high-quality standards.
- A commitment to fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
