We are seeking an experienced Project
Manager to lead multi-country project execution, ensure operational excellence,
and drive successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. The ideal
candidate is a strong leader with solid engineering project experience, capable
of managing cross-functional teams and maintaining high service standards in a
fast-paced environment.

Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
· Professional project management certification
(PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Experience
· 5–8 years’ experience in project management,
engineering project coordination, or operations management.
· Experience in bottling, manufacturing, or
engineering service industries is strongly preferred.
· Proven experience managing multi-country
projects and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Proficiency in project management tools such as
Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
· Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite for
reporting and documentation.
· Familiarity with financial tracking tools and
ERP systems for monitoring project expenses.
· Ability to interpret technical documentation,
engineering drawings, and compliance reports.
· Strong leadership skills with experience
managing cross-functional technical teams.
· Solid financial acumen with experience in
budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills.
· Strong problem-solving, risk management, and
decision-making abilities.
· Deep understanding of regulatory compliance,
quality assurance, and safety standards in engineering environments.
