Job Description
STV is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at a project location in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Project Manager’s overall objective is to support the Program Manager and team in delivering high-quality projects on-time and within budget while building and maintaining a positive client relationship.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organizes cross-functional activities, for coordination of project activities for the completion of the project (i.e., project deliverables, schedule and budget)
- Manages and directs the development of proposals, project initiation, project execution/control and project closeout for planning, environmental, design and/or construction projects and tasks assigned, and is responsible for project budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing review
- Schedules and monitors manpower requirements against the project budget/spending performance, including managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility
- Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including development, execution and updating project resources
- May select, supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
- Leads and supervises Assistant Project Managers as assigned to ensure effective team management on projects/tasks
- Supports Program Manager in serving as a point of contact for the client related to administration and technical reviews of assigned projects/tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license, PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Prior experience managing projects in an airport or complex public sector environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle processes, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Compensation Range:
