As a Project Manager you will act as a strategic partner with our clients. You will use consulting experience to provide solutions and manage delivery and implementation of our Connected Work programs. Connected Work helps our clients by aligning their teams with organizational strategies, transparently conveying business and ROI costs, and building a well-integrated technology stack. 
 

Please Note: this is a telecommute, work from home position.
 

As a Project Manager at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Independently manage large or complex Workfront implementation projects for one or more clients
  • Coordinate with the Sales/Account team prior to kickoff to facilitate the transition of the engagement from the sales phase to the delivery phase
  • Perform basic project coordination and administration activities (examples: maintaining project plan in Workfront)
  • Define resource requirements and manage resource availability as a part of the LeapPoint staffing process
  • Manage budget based on requirements and track costs (including hours tracked by team members) to deliver project on budget
  • Prepare project plans and manage delivery of the project according to this plan
  • Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate any potential changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget
  • Identify and effectively manage potential risks
  • Manage communication and engagement relationships with the client and LeapPoint senior team members to ensure the project is delivered to the specifications within the contract
  • Share potential areas of account growth with Sales or the Program Director for development

The following skills will set you up for success:

  • Primary experience in managing projects related to two or more workstreams (Workfront implementation / integration, AEM, workflow process optimization, etc.)
  • 4+ years project management experience for SaaS implementations
  • Must be located in the U.S.


Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel.
