Job Description

The Project Manager for the Website Build Team at Pronto Marketing is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of WordPress website development projects. This role involves coordinating with the web development team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the successful completion of website development projects from initial concept through delivery.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including defining scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, and managing budgets.

• Coordinate with clients and the internal team to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations. 

• Provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders

• Resolve or escalate any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Ensure the website development process adheres to SEO best practices and integrates Google Ad services where necessary.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to improve future processes.

• Identify potential risks/problems early in the project lifecycle and come up with ways to reduce the impact of these issues on the project's schedule and goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in web development or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of WordPress and experience with Elementor or similar site builder tools.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and Google Ad services.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
