Project Manager - Wealth Management

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in Wealth Management initiatives to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with exceptional project management skills and business acumen. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent Wealth Management projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning for wealth management implementations. 

• Facilitate communication between technical teams (data scientists, ML engineers) and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

• Establish and implement project management methodologies suitable for AI development, incorporating both Agile and traditional approaches as needed. 

• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, status reports, and performance metrics. 

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for wealth management initiatives. 

• Identify and mitigate project risks, particularly those unique to wealth management implementations such as data quality, model performance, and ethical considerations. 

• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings while fostering a collaborative environment. 

• Monitor project KPIs and create executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes. 

• Guide stakeholder expectations regarding wealth management capabilities, limitations, and implementation timelines. 

What we need from the successful candidate for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex technology projects, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Data and AI initiatives. 
• Experience within project management in wealth management.

• Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-scale machine learning or data science projects. 

• Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, and deployment. 

• Proven experience with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies. 

• Excellent knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps). 

• Strong understanding of data privacy, security requirements, and ethical considerations in AI projects. 

• Solid technical background with understanding of data architectures, cloud platforms, and AI technologies. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred. 

• Experience with AI governance frameworks and best practices for responsible AI development. 

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

• Experience working with cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams.
