- Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Translate mid-term business strategies into actionable project plans and system rollouts.
- Oversee the integration of vendor-based VAM products, ensuring alignment with operational and liquidity objectives.
- Track project milestones, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale Corporate Banking projects, particularly in system implementation.
- Strong domain knowledge in payment systems and familiarity with CMS and VAM solutions.
- Experience working with vendor-driven products and integration projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to drive transformation initiatives with a focus on cash and liquidity optimization for corporate clients.
