Project Manager - Transformation Lead

Job title:  Project Manager - Transformation Lead

Duties:     

• Act as a trusted advisor on business transformation matters to senior client stakeholders (e.g., CMOs, Chief Digital Officers).
• Lead client transformation engagements in:
  • Marketing operating model redesign.
  • Data-driven and AI-enabled marketing.
  • Technology integration across marketing and customer experience.
  • Organizational readiness and change management.
  • Client leadership development.
• Develop and deliver strategic transformation roadmaps aligned to client business goals.
• Build and sustain deep, long-term strategic client relationships.
• Define and drive Akcelo’s own agency transformation in products, services and operating model.
• Build and lead a multi-disciplinary Transformation Team (strategy, tech, AI, data, consulting).
• Create standardized transformation frameworks and methodologies for internal and client use.
• Integrate transformation capabilities into Akcelo’s existing offerings (creative, tech, data, strategy).
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance transformation team.
• Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and commercial accountability.
• Coach internal teams to enhance their strategic business partnering capabilities.
• Shape the agency’s evolution toward high-value, strategic client engagements.
• Influence product, technology, and partnership strategy (especially in AI and data).
• Lead thought leadership and external positioning in marketing, business transformation and innovation.
• Collaborate with Business Development to win transformation-driven new business and grow existing client relationships.
• Represent Akcelo at conferences and C-level events and industry forums.

Requirements:   Bachelor’s degree in Design and Technology, Organizational Development or closely related field; and minimum 3 years of experience in Business Transformation
