Project Manager - Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will be:  

• Managing the project team and deliverables

• Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone within the project team

• Aligning around release plans with stakeholders and vendors

• Maintaining, aligning & communicating major release calendar, incl. milestone dates

• Monitoring and driving release progress

• Communication with stakeholders to understand their challenges and follow progress on projects

• Collaboration with the technical team members to resolve dependencies between requirement areas and products

• Leading meetings

• Planning projects based on input from various stakeholders,

• Keeping projects on track with timelines, effort and quality of deliverables

• Recognizing, analysing and solving project challenges

• Managing necessary documentation

Experience and Skills: 

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as project manager (or on a similar role)

• Experience in driving progress of project in all phases until release

• Great leadership skills

• Passion and interest about delivery of business value – Lean-Agile mindset

• Excellent communication skills to ensure team’s cohesiveness and value

• Proficiency in Agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban etc.

• Experience in JIRA and related tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and feel comfortable in challenging situations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimum supervision,

• Fluent in English (spoken and written),

• Ability to make your priorities also priorities for others

Nice to have:

• Agile certifications

• PMP or IPMA-C or Prince2 Practitioner

• Experience in banking area
