About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee the development, launch, and ongoing operation of our “ThaiCraft” Minecraft server world. This role is pivotal in driving the server’s success through effective monetization strategies, coordination of development efforts, and alignment of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about Minecraft, has a strong background in project management, and is experienced in leading cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Your Responsibility:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of the server project, from initial concept to launch and beyond.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Re-think server activity and player mechanisms
- Ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the timely delivery of new features, updates, and fixes.
- Coordinate internally to plan and execute campaigns that drive player engagement and server growth.
- Oversee testing processes to ensure the server’s stability, performance, and user experience.
- Gather feedback from players and implement improvements to enhance gameplay and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates.
- Implement monetization including in-game purchases, and other revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the finance team to forecast revenue and track performance against targets.
- Ensure ecosystem stability to constantly maintain an engaged user audience
- Develop a team of helpers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a marketing team to promote activities and generate marketing efforts.
Knowledge & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the gaming or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of game monetization models, especially in free-to-play environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for gaming, with a deep understanding of the GTA series and online multiplayer communities.
- Experience with Minecraft Server management and customization.
