- Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating team meetings and events, supporting executive travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support to the team. 4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Proactively manage complex calendar for GM, ensuring accurate scheduling and prioritization
- Work closely with leads and program owners on planning and execution of team priorities and deliverables
- Organize global morale events and team meetings for a 140 person organization
- Maintain distribution groups, security groups, and team memberships
- Manage travel arrangements for GM and act as a resource for travel-related issues
- Reconcile and submit expense reports, ensuring coding accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Support full hiring cycle by managing PCNs, requisitions, and onboarding new hires
- Provide hardware tracking and assist with equipment procurement
- Complete special projects as assigned with operational excellence
- Maintain a professional attitude and contribute to the team culture
