We are seeking a visionary Global Talent Acquisition (TA) innovation manager to redefine the future of selection in a rapidly evolving landscape. This is a unique opportunity to shape our selection process that leverages personalization, skill-based hiring practices, and generational insights to ensure the highest quality of hires across the organization.
Role and responsibilities
This role is part of the global Talent Acquisition (TA) Innovation and solutions team. In this role, you are responsible for the development and implementation of a forward-thinking selection strategy to enable ASML’s growth ambition.
Your responsibilities include:

Define and execute on new ways of selecting our employees, e.g. focusing on skill based hiring and/or personalizing selection methodologies based on role differentiations

Partner with our Talent Management function to design and execute and end-to-end assessment strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Serve as the global authority on quality of hire, ensuring alignment and knowledge-sharing with regional and local counterparts.
Education and Experience
-
You have a MSc degree in the field of HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology (or similar) and you combine 10+ years of experience within TA and HR.

You have experience in strategic and global roles.

You have basic project management skills and preferably expertise on selection assessment methodologies.
