Role and responsibilities
This role is part of the global Talent Acquisition (TA) Innovation and Solutions team. This team is responsible for the definition of - and delivering on the global strategy for ASML’s selection and onboarding activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, developing global selection and onboarding programs, processes and tools to enable quality hires. Ensuring our workforce is equipped with the right selection and onboarding capabilities and last but not least, providing an excellent candidate and employee experience.
As a project manager in TA, you are responsible for managing global programs and projects with a dedicated focus on selection and candidate experience.
Your responsibilities as a project manager in TA include:

Plan, manage and deliver global projects to ensure initiatives and timelines are met.

Identifies improvement opportunities in the field of TA by creating and using relevant insights

Drive change management activities in the organization
Education and experience
-
You have an extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and project management and a strong affinity with Employer Branding.

You have a MSc degree in the field of HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology (or similar) and you combine 10+ years of experience within TA and HR.

You have experience working in a complex matrix organization that operates on a global scale.
