As a Project Manager, you will play a key role within the Global Analytics & Insights organization, leading strategic initiatives focused on Process Automation, Digital Innovation, and Technology‑enabled transformation. You will manage complex, cross‑functional projects that drive operational excellence, scalability, and measurable business value across the enterprise.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Agile project management, technical alignment capabilities, and exceptional stakeholder communication skills, who thrive in dynamic, technology‑driven environments.

The impact you will make in this role

Project Management & Delivery Excellence

• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of projects, from initiation through delivery and closure, using adaptive and iterative Agile methodologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple teams and platforms.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, constraints, and bottlenecks to maintain execution flow and predictability.
• Apply systems thinking to identify upstream and downstream impacts, enabling informed decision‑making and sustainable outcomes.
• Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs, OKRs), enabling data‑driven decisions and continuous value realization.

Agile Facilitation & Team Enablement

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance forums, promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, supporting teams and stakeholders in adopting Agile values, behaviors, and best practices.
• Support the scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams and complex delivery environments.
• Implement mitigation and contingency plans consistent with Agile and Lean delivery frameworks.

Strategy, Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, tailoring messages to different audiences.
• Provide transparent, structured project status reporting, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, risks, and progress.
• Facilitate constructive dialogue, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and promote strong collaboration.
• Apply negotiation techniques to balance scope, timeline, and resources while maintaining team engagement and delivery focus.

Your Skills and Expertise 

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Project Management, preferably in technology, automation, digital transformation, or software delivery environments, using Agile methodologies and PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Planner, Project, etc).
• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Systems Thinking & Technical Alignment:
  Ability to understand how system components interact, including architecture, integration points, and data flows.
  Strong awareness of how architectural decisions impact delivery speed, scalability, and long‑term maintainability.
• Communication:
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and value propositions.
• Mindset: Proactive problem solver, self‑driven learner, and highly curious about Automation, Innovation, and emerging technologies.

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with software development environments, version control systems (e.g., GitHub), and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, API integrations, and Generative AI frameworks.
• Understanding of data visualization, SQL Server, and data‑driven decision support.
• Knowledge of web development concepts and UI/UX design principles.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
