Job Description
- Lead strategic ad-hoc efforts to expand, optimize, and improve the customer experience for Add a Card offers
- The ideal candidate will be someone that can be given a desired outcome and will figure out what needs to happen to get there. They will map out an action plan, which will inevitably evolve as new information is gathered, and ultimately execute on it with limited additional direction
- Candidate should be determined, adaptable, and an excellent problem solver. Needs to be able to think strategically with a steady focus on the end goal, while also having a proven track record of delivering on cross-functional initiatives
- Candidate must be able to work on multiple efforts in parallel and be able to prioritize and reprioritize as efforts evolve
- These ad-hoc initiatives will span a variety of functions – including digital, data, and modelling – but the candidate will be working with SMEs in each area, so deep knowledge in these areas is less important than having a high level of curiosity, ability to ask the right questions, a thoroughness in following up, and an overall ability to drive change
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related experience in the field of
project management - Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience working in the financial services industry preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with working along multiple layers of creative
reviews and approvals - Excellent communication skills, particularly as it pertains to tailoring
one's message and style to best reach one's audience --- in both formal and
informal settings and regardless of the audience (e.g. technical, creative,
legal, internal and external auditors, senior managers and officers) - Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a
strong sense of urgency. - Demonstrates flexibility in approach to different types of business
problems and a willingness to change course when necessary to avoid project
setbacks. - Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to create and establish structure and
process across cross-functional teams when ambiguous situations and new
business needs arise.

The starting pay range for this role is $40/HR-$45/HR. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
