Project Manager (US - Remote)

What will you do in this role?
- Manage project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
- Lead software implementation projects from planning through execution.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and overall delivery timelines.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Drive collaboration between business and technical teams to support successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Support the successful delivery of Information Technology (IT) development initiatives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Minimum 5 years of full-time experience serving as a Project Manager (PM) or Scrum Master for software implementation projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing a team of at least 5 full-time resources.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Information Technology (IT) development projects.
- Strong Salesforce experience
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or one of the following:
- SAFe Scrum Master
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Bachelor's degree required, or an additional 4 years of qualifying IT development project experience in lieu of the degree, in accordance with contract requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- Current Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification.
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the base compensation range for this role is 150,000– 162,500– 175,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on several factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for roles in our Government Services pillar are determined by contract with the specific government agency Sikich is servicing.

Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of full-time experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master for software implementation projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing a team of at least 5 full-time resources
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Information Technology development projects
- Strong Salesforce experience
- Active PMP certification, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster certification
- Bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of qualifying IT development project experience in lieu of the degree
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
- Master's degree
- Current ITIL certification
