Tasks:
• Manage end to end project needs, systems and phases
involving several teams, systems, ICT,

• Organize meetings with regions, IT teams and other
business to identify business needs.
• Define business model.
• Write minutes of each meeting
• Write business user journeys.
• Define the business needs around technical services and
servicing activity needs and the
associated business rules.
• Define the KPI associated to the business process and to
measure the good use or added value of
the project.
• Prepare presentation decks for the management and for
steering committee.
• Prepare mockups to explain business needs.
• Ensure the correct translation of business needs in the
GFS / DFS produced by ICT.
• Read the GFS / DFS and propose updates if necessary, so
that the documents clearly reflect the
business needs and rules.
• Define test cases for UAT.
• Identify the test data and make it available (including
test users and dealers)
• Confirm data lake feed to cover the KPI needs.
• Align/synchronize system project pilots around the project
needs.
• Check KPI availability and consistency and perform the
necessary actions to get KPI automatically
produced every month.
• Ensure the functional consistency of developments around
several systems.
• Align/synchronize with regions on project progress,
deployment needs and actions.
• Prioritize and verify consistency of system improvements
across regions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations when developing
new projects.
• Train / inform the regions during the different phases of
the project.
