Job Introduction:
Employee of Business Administration & Resource Management UBA+ supports the Business Planning and Forecast Process for the Sites Untergruppenbach & Cologne. The function is a support function to the Eng. Sites Leads Ubach & Colonge to provide them the transparency about the current Business situation by KMIs. The analytic of the data and recommendations for actions is seen as key success factor for the Sites in the Region.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Key Contact for the Project & Eng. Planning Tool PV-ONE for Eng. at the Sites Ubach & Cologne including quality check of PV data
  • Facilitate the monthly and quarterly forecast processes within the responsible Sites in alignment with Eng. Finance and the Eng. Project Management organization within the Eng. sites.
  • Foster transparency about Eng. Human Resource demand & actual capacity
  • Automated KMI reporting according to the demands of the Eng. Site Leads of Ubach & Cologne and the global KMI reporting demands to feed the MPT Eng. Reporting Pyramid with bottom up data for consolidation.
  • Support of the work package transfer across the sites and to Eng. Center India to increase the utilization and competence level of the team in India.
  • Support the IC Business activities and dive the Process Improvements • Assist the Eng. Site data consolidation including data analytics and Site specific recommendations.
  • Consult the site leads with data and recommendations for best resource utilization on their sites.
  • Plausibility check of over-all demand planning/ challenging department-/ project manager
  • Help to standardize Eng. Project Planning methodologies in alignment with Eng. Project Management and the site Finance organization. • Support of Eng. Cost down Initiatives to improve competitiveness.
  • Support of the Eng. Quote Process to provide lessons learned data for the Eng. Quote quality and cost improvements.
  • Planning of all unbooked business opportunities on the respective Eng. Sites
  • Planning & Management of Eng. Overhead at the Sites Ubach & Cologne
  • Planning & controlling of BO owned GO projects (PMT) + cross department projects
  • Support of site-specific internal project reporting
  • Support of project requests for BP (internal projects)
  • Support CAPEX planning for business plan (data consolidating)
  • Monthly tracking of CAPEX/ responsible for CAPEX KMI
  • Support the Eng. Project Controlling activities according to the RASIC between Finance, Eng. Project Management and Eng. Business Office ePlanning
  • Support the unbooked business planning activities within the FC & BP process

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years' experience in Eng. Project Management
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering (e.g. mechanics, electronics, mechatronics or similar)
  • Great team player
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English skills
