Position SummaryLead and deliver complex software projects for financial technology products and services, ensuring successful implementation of digital payment systems, trading platforms, banking applications, and regulatory compliance solutions.
LocationZact is a global company with multiple locations across US, Europe and India.
We provide 100% Remote Working Option.
Candidates applying for this role should be located in one of the European or Indian Time zones.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle for fintech applications, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and compliance specialists
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while managing stakeholder expectations
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations (PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, GDPR, KYC/AML) and security standards
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, risk registers, and status reports
- Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders including executives, product owners, and external partners
- 10+ years project management experience in software product development.
- Should have extensive experience working in software product based companies.
- Banking / Fintech domain experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- Data security and privacy awareness
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and regulatory constraints
Skills Required
- 5+ years project management experience in software product development
- Extensive experience working in software product based companies
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
