Key Functions

• Manages projects in accordance with IQVIA guidelines and standards and the client.

• Communicates with various stakeholders.

• Adheres to IQVIA compliance and high quality standards.

• Maintains project documentation, etc.

• Identifies client problems and develops solutions tailored to their needs.

• Conducts presentations tailored to the characteristics or needs of the audience.

• Develops and demonstrates complete products for clients within known/identified frameworks and methodologies.

• Actively develops fundamental knowledge of life sciences methodologies and the market through consultations and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Languages: English C1; Polish native or C1

• Bachelor's degree. Preferred fields: medicine, pharmacy, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, psychology, dietetics, or related fields.

• Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Experience: Previous experience as a Project Manager and at least 2 years of experience in a related industry. Experience and passion in conducting RWE, observational studies, non-interventional studies, late-stage clinical trials, or market research is a plus.

• Willingly and effectively collaborates with others within and across the organization to achieve team goals.

• Knowledge and understanding of core business processes, their interactions, and the impact of external/internal factors on decision-making, growth, and recession.

• Effective time management skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł118,900.00 - zł220,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
