Project Manager (Roads & Infrastructure)

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Project Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, supporting a major roads and transportation infrastructure package. In this role, you will work closely with the client to ensure the successful delivery of construction-phase projects, meeting all requirements for quality, schedule, and budget. The position involves managing infrastructure projects with values of up to USD 200 million within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the Project Director in delivering assigned infrastructure project components.
Develop scope of work and contribute to the preparation of detailed project execution plans.
Establish, monitor, and control project schedules, ensuring coordination across all disciplines.
Oversee day-to-day project execution, including budget tracking, cost control, and invoice review.
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining strong coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Liaise with authorities and stakeholders to resolve design and construction-related issues.
Apply strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, and commercial management principles.
Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful project delivery.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to remove obstacles impacting project progress.
Identify project risks, opportunities, and mitigation measures, ensuring proactive and effective resolution.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in roads and infrastructure projects within a PMC environment.
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills to resolve design and construction issues.
Proven ability to liaise effectively with authorities, clients, consultants, and contractors.
Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, and commercial aspects of construction projects.
