Marketing Project Manager (Promin Agency)

Promin agency specializes in advertising products and solving business challenges for various projects within the Flyer One Ventures and Genesis ecosystems. We operate within a dynamic business community with significant potential for scaling to external markets.

We're now looking for a Marketing Project Manager to support and develop long-term relationships with clients across ongoing projects.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout all stages of the project.
• Lead negotiations, deliver presentations, and consult clients on our services and solutions.
• Assign tasks, coordinate the team’s work, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Track project KPIs and ensure key performance goals are achieved.
• Prepare reports and provide insights using analytics tools.
• Oversee financial processes, including invoice tracking and accounts receivable management.
• Analyze project performance and suggest ways to improve metrics, optimize workflows, or expand service offerings.

Our ideal candidate has:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role — as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager in a marketing or digital agency.
• Understanding of contextual advertising and website optimization based on search engine requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Stress resilience and the ability to handle difficult situations or demanding clients with confidence.
• Clear and structured communication — both spoken and written.
• A client-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and turn them into actionable tasks.
• Familiarity with the Listen–Validate–Level–Lead (LVLL) communication framework.
