Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our dynamic product team. Reporting to the Product Director, this individual will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects within our product design, management, and marketing departments. A key focus of this role will be to drive our innovative print and customization program, ensuring the timely and successful launch of new products and designs that resonate with our global community. This is a crucial role that bridges the gap between creative vision and flawless execution, bringing CASETiFY's next generation of products to life.

Job Description

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and marketing. You will create and manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
  • Prints & Customization Program Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the prints and customization program, from design submission to digital asset creation and final product launch. This includes managing workflows, ensuring quality control, and continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related communication, fostering a collaborative environment between the product design, product management, development, and marketing teams. You will facilitate regular meetings, provide status updates, and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Product Launch Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate the go-to-market strategy for new products and print collections. This includes managing the creation of marketing materials, ensuring product availability for photoshoots, and aligning on launch messaging.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues as they arise and escalating them to the Product Director when necessary.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the product team. This includes identifying and implementing new tools and best practices.

  • On-Time Project Delivery: Percentage of projects completed by the planned deadline.
  • Time-to-Market for New Products & Prints: Average time from project initiation to product launch.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Measured through regular feedback from product design, management, and marketing teams.
  • Process Improvement: Quantifiable improvements in project workflow efficiency and a reduction in bottlenecks.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred; PMP certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an e-commerce, retail, or product development environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both creative and technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a role related to product design, product management, or marketing is highly desirable
  • Specific experience with print production, digital asset management, or customization programs is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Monday, Notion) and the Google Suite
