Important Strong project management and communication skills. Ideally, financial services debit credit experience.
Responsibilities:
As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for:
- +5 years of experience as PM in financial industry.
- Delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.
- Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery of outcomes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive project progress
- Monitor and report on project status to stakeholders regularly
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion
- Continuously improve project management processes for efficiency
Requirements:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Program Project Management is required.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Client Communication is recommended.
- Financial Services Mobility Applications with Intermediate proficiency and Project Portfolio Management Tools with Intermediate proficiency are suggested skills.
