Project Manager
$48-$51/hr | W2 | On-site (RTP, NC) | Ongoing Consulting Contract

We are seeking an organized, adaptable, and collaborative Project Manager to join a fast-paced team within a global technology organization.
The ideal candidate is a mid-career Project Manager who is highly organized, communicates well, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable taking direction and working with a variety of personalities. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping projects, schedules, tasks, and deliverables organized and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and timelines.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and project-related activities.
- Track tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Use Asana to manage projects and keep work organized.
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and action items.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone stays aligned.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and keep projects moving forward.
- Identify potential issues or scheduling conflicts and help coordinate solutions.
- Support project planning and execution as needed.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Asana is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable taking direction and managing tasks independently.
- Ability to work effectively with different personalities and teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience supporting Learning & Development (L&D), employee development, training, or leadership programs preferred.
Details of Position:
- Work Arrangement: On-site (RTP, NC) | $48-$50/hr | Ongoing Consulting Contract | W2
- Work Hours: 8 am - 5 pm EST
- Target Start Date: 10/26/26
