Key Responsibilities: • Manage site execution of mechanical works of fit out projects (HVAC, utilities, piping, equipment installation, etc.) as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed mechanical project schedules using Excel , MS Project (MSP) and Primavera P6. ( MSP & P6 not mandatory)
• Track progress against baseline schedules; identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Support planning, sequencing for mechanical activities.
• Maintain project documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of mechanical execution and construction methodologies.
• In depth expertise in planning and scheduling using Excel , MSP and Primavera P6. ( MSP & P6 not mandatory)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (tracking sheets, analysis, dashboards).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem solving skills.
Skills Required
- BE or BTech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 7 to 10 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical execution and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and dashboards
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Planning and scheduling experience using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
