Position Summary and Location
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and delivering IMDS projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, and maintains clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met across the full project lifecycle.
This is a U.S.-based office position with a hybrid work schedule. Domestic and international travel may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and control multiple projects to meet scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSSE requirements
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and work breakdown structures
Coordinate bids, proposals, and execution with Operations, Commercial, and Service Excellence teams
Serve as primary customer interface, including technical discussions and presentations
Monitor project risks, issues, and performance and implement corrective actions
Oversee procurement activities, invoicing, and accounts receivable support
Prepare and present project financial and performance reports
Ensure compliance with HSSE and Quality Management Systems
Support training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform additional duties in support of organizational objectives

Qualifications
REQUIRED:
5+ years project management experience
5+ years API 510/570 experience and knowledge of API & ASME codes
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn enterprise systems
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
Preferred:
5+ years experience in inspection or integrity management or equivalent capability
- Familiarity with Offshore operational activities
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience running calculations on ASME piping, tanks, and vessels

Working Conditions
This position is considered OFFICE which is characterized as follows.
Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night.
Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place.
Work surface is stable (flat).
Minimal travel and time away from home (up to 10%)
Ability to drive or fly for long periods of time
