About our Ecommerce Management Team

We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms. 

Our Business Development & Marketing team is currently looking for a motivated Project Manager Marketing & Partnerships (f/m/d) to execute engaging marketing initiatives that will increase awareness consideration of our agency with our target audiences and generate new leads for our company. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

  • You will come up with new ideas for innovative and engaging marketing initiatives that will spark attention with our target audiences, both new leads and existing clients
  • You will be responsible for planning, organizing digital and in-person events such as webinars, networking events and the participation of Front Row at leading marketing conferences and fairs, mostly in Germany
  • You will build and nurture relationships with external partners of Front Row such as industry associations (BVDW, VKE,…), platforms (Amazon,…) and SaaS providers (Adference, Criteo,…) to increase our reach and execute joint marketing initiatives
  • You will steer the advertising of planned marketing initiatives to ensure sufficient reach, attendance and engagement
  • You will measure and track the success our marketing initiatives to enable us take informed decisions and continuously improve
  • You will ensure that new leads are being documented and stored properly so that we can not only convert them, but also attribute successes to the correct lead generation measures
  • You will support your colleagues in the Ecommerce management team to market and sell our services, for example by defining and describing our services and maintaining them in our CRM service and template library
Requirements
Who Are You?
  • You have around 2 years of experience in online marketing or project management 
  • You have gained exposure to selling or marketing professional services, such as agency services, SaaS, etc. 
  • You’re organized and take responsibility for your projects, able to prioritize tasks independently 
  • You can keep your focus even when working on multiple projects simultaneously 
  • You’re a team layer who values collaboration, embraces diversity, and keeps colleagues informed 
  • You’re comfortable measuring the success of your own and your team’s efforts and are willing to act on those insights 
  • You have strong written and oral communication skills in both German and English and are ready to interact with internal and external stakeholders
